Simple V refractory anchors for concrete linings
This V shaped refractory anchor is standard simple anchoring system. They are used for light to very dense refractories. For thermal shock application it is highly advised to use stainless steel fibers into the refractory material. These anchors are designed to use the traditional methods of welding.

Corrugated Bullhorn refractory anchor
These refractory anchors are corrugated and are used for light and medium density refractories. These anchors are typically used in cement industries and ferrous/non-ferrous metal industries. Some of these anchors can be used in gun welding system, the rest and manually welded.

Y Type Refractory Anchors are mainly used in various industrial applications like cement, steel and petrochemical industry. These anchors are widely appreciated for its unique features like standard finish, reliable performance, longer life, and easy to handle. These anchors are available in expended metal, hex steel grid and special grid. Y Type Refractory Anchors are also offered in carbon steel and alloy steel in standard grades. These anchors are very cost effective and can be easily availed by our customers, at cheaper rates, in bulk quantities.
Flat sectioned anchors
Flat sectioned refractory anchors are flat sectioned for different application, mostly from light to medium refractories. They can be made in double and triple tined. They are bent outward from the centre after welding and installation. It is advisable to use reinforcement fibres in your refractory material.

The anchors can be hand welded or gun welded onto the steel casing. After welding, a backup layer can be pushed over the tines and onto the steel casing. The tines can be bent out, which will increase the transition of the forces in the refractory concrete onto the refractory anchors casing
Corrugated V Strip Flat anchor
This kind of anchor is corrugated V shape and is flat. They are heavy type refractory anchor. This anchor can be traditionally welded. It is advisable to add stainless steel fibres to the refractories.

Corrugated V Round anchors
These anchors are round in section and are corrugated to increase the hold power of the refractories. They are suitable for gun welding and are used in light, medium and heavy density or refractory.

Multipurpose refractory anchor
These anchors are suitable for all types of refractories. It is suitable for traditional welding and is also ideal to use as a movable anchor in rotary kilns. Reinforcement fibres are advisable for thermal shock resistance.

Moveable refractory anchors
Moveable refractory anchors are commonly used in rotary kilns where there is movement due to the stress cause in the refractory. There anchors are fixed during the installation, but they become moveable during operations. This allows the refractory anchors to move with the refractory material when it undergoes any movement during the operation; therefore this reduces the stress for the refractory material.

Shear Connectors
Shear connectors are used to support refractory ceramic tiles in incinerators to protect the pipe walls of the furnace. AMI Refractrahold offers a variety of shapes and sizes of shear connectors with different types of alloys.

A connector (such as a welded stud, spiral bar, or short length of channel) which resists horizontal shear between elements of a composite beam. Headed shear studs can either be directly welded to the steel beam or, using the required machinery, can be through deck welded to the steel beam ¬ flange after the decking has been installed... These shear studs are primarily designed to transmit the horizontal shear force between the concrete and beam connection and are commonly used in the design and construction of composite beams. All Size as Per International Standards BS En ISO 13918& BS 5400.
Round Y anchors
Round Y refractory anchors are useful in stud welding techniques, which makes the time shorter to install. These types of anchors are suitable for traditional welding, gun welding, screwing into an inside of threaded stud or nut, and some of them have notches to keep the backup layer in place when combined with washers.
